All online orders are a final sale. Once an order is in process, en route to be delivered or has been delivered, we will not be able to change or cancel the order.

No refunds! Exchanges are allowed only it is being exchanged for the same exact item (different size), within the first 5 days from receiving the order. Item must be unworn.

This does NOT include Custom orders. ALL Custom orders are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

​Standard Priority Shipping is 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping is 1-3 business days, depending on the weather and your area.

*Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

*We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at point of checkout.

We do not ship internationally at this moment.

*All Gowns are handmade and production time is roughly 4-6 weeks

*All Bespoke Suits are handmade and production time is roughly 6-8 weeks

Models size will be specified in the description of the garment. If an item runs small or big it will be listed in the items description.
